I learned something new about Breath of Fire this week: If you beat the game with the Broken Sword equipped, Chun-Li makes a second cameo during the true ending. My reaction: "RYU serious? Talk about a DANC meme left hidden for 20 years. It almost felt like a kick in the SHIN, step on the BUNYAN, and an outright SCANDEal when I also learned it only applies to the SNES version. It's almost as if Capcom was taunting us by saying NINA, NINA, NINA." But I mean no DEISrespect for the devs and rather congratulate them for such a well-hidden easter egg. Hopefully these puns don't make anyone writhe in AGNI, but things are looking up so don't feel so BLEAK or BLEU. Good luck to the racers, GOBI a force to be reckoned with even if conditions are a little WINDIA than last year so don't trip and FAHL. |
