I just finished Shadows of Adam this morning, so It's pretty cool to see it being beat in about a third of the time it took me. But seriously, I look forward to this event each year. I work as a school psychologist and personally have gone through therapy for anxiety and grief for several years. It's a shame that mental health and self-care is underlooked in American society, and I hope we continue to improve our relationship and treatment of mental health. |
