Real talk - this marathon means a great deal to me... it was during watching the last one that I finally made the decision to get what I desperately needed: help. I'm still held by anxiety, depression, the first two aggrivated by a medical issue... and it's pretty sure by this point that I have ADD... but... You all coming together, supporting NAMI... and honestly? Trying to remove the stigma against this stuff... Maybe one day, everyone who needs help will be able to get it... it may not lead to a cure... but sometimes life is like RNG: You learn how to cope.
