I'd planned on going somewhere close to $10k again this year. This year though, the issue of mental health has become a bit more personal to me as I've recently been diagnosed with anxiety issues and borderline depression. The work of groups like NAMI and everyone at RPGLB is invaluable, and anyone struggling with these issues like I was should know that there is no shame in seeking help.
