Hello again!
As this may be my last donation just wanted to express how much I appreciate you all. This year has been horrible for me as I have a family member in the process of passing and work has become extremely stressful in regards to my mental health. But I am lucky. My co-workers and my manager noticed I wasn’t well and reached out. And my housemate has also been there for me. Not everyone has that support network, but that’s what NAMI is here for. don’t hesitate to reach out. (And Bob, I’m sure you can tell every how). You are worth something and you aren’t “broken”. Love you all and thanks for putting on such an awesome event. I sincerely hope to volunteer one of the days. |
